Plus 7.5% tax and $500 refundable safety deposit 3 mights minimum stay is required.
The whole house rate is based on 6 people and $20 per night per one additional people. The rate for separate levels is based on 4 people and $20 per night for one additional people The reservation for separate levels is only accepted 30 days before the check-in. Cancellation Policy: Reservation canceled before 60 days prior to check-in, a refund will be issued less one night rental charge. Cancellations made less than 60 days does not warrant any refund of deposit unless re-rental.
Vacation Guest Agreement: CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. . Early Check-in/late check-out: $50 additional charge for no-guaranteed early check-in or late check-out or half night rate additional charge for guaranteed one. Reservation Deposit/Confirmation: Confirmation of a reservation is established when a deposit equal to 25% of the total reservation amount is made. Safety Deposit : A safety deposit will be required in US check form when the reservation is made, which can be refunded upon your departure if the following conditions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. No stain or the footprints on the carpet. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. No extra maid service is required. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster in Maui condo or the garbage bin in the shed for Homer house, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry with the towels and linens is started. d. For Maui condo, one set of the front door keys is left in the lock box outside of the front door. One set of the front door keys and two pool keys are left on the kitchen counter or on the wall next to the refrigerator. $30 surcharge fee for one lost key. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. The doors/windows are closed and locked upon check-out. All the electrical devices such as the air conditioner, the fan, TV, the lights and the stove/oven/toaster but not limited to are turned off. For Homer house, reset the thermostat to 65’F. h. Parking passes are left inside the unit upon departure. (Only for Maui rental) i. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company. Any refunds will be sent back in check form. Final Payment: Final payment can be paid from US personal check, major credit card (surcharge may apply) or money order. Money orders payable in US funds, otherwise bank fees to convert money to US funds will be the charge of the guest. Returned checks are charged a $30.00 service fee plus applicable bank charges. Final payments are due 60 days prior to arrival. This reservation may be cancelled by Bayview Vacation Home Rental and does not warrant any refund of deposit if any of final payment, signed agreement and safety deposit is/are not received by the due day (60 days before the check-in). Maximum Occupants : the maximum number of guests is 4 people for Maui rental. For the Homer rental, the maximum number of guests is indicated in the reservation confirmation e-mail. Exceeding these limits shall result in a $25.00 fee per person per night. Reservations obtained under false pretenses will cause forfeiture of all payment and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Maintenance: In the event there is a maintenance issue within the property, we will expedite repairs as quickly as possible but according to vendor’s schedules. For Maui condo, the periodic pesticide spraying will be scheduled from the Ekahi village. Prohibiting the pesticide professional from spraying may incur the penalty charge $100 from the safety deposit. Acts of Nature: Bayview Vacation Home Rental is not liable to any acts of nature or occurrences beyond their control. No rate adjustments or refund will be made. Acts of Guests: Bayview Vacation Home Rental does the best to provide the safe place and is not liable to any injuries which may be due to the carelessness or mistakes by the guests. Quiet Use and Enjoyment: Bayview Vacation Home Rental does not guarantee quiet or enjoyment of properties due to noise from other persons, construction, maintenance, neighboring properties or other sources out of our control. A refund will not be granted for circumstances originating outside the property. Pets: Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. NON-SMOKING: This is strictly a non smoking unit. INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. House Cleaning/Special Requests: NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units except the beach towels. PARKING PASSES (Maui rental only) - Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance. This Agreement establishes the fundamental understanding. The conversation from the e-mail supersedes this Agreement.
